What happens if something goes wrong with my order? In the event that your order does not arrive within 21 days of receiving a tracking number from us, we will re-ship the order at our expense. In the event that both orders arrive consider it our gift to you.

There are however some exceptions:
One very important note: We have recently added a new supplier for Viraday, Atazor, and Maximune, which is why we were able to lower our prices on these products. As such our shipping lead times have increased because these orders are shipped via Deutsche Post, and are routed through Germany first. If you order these products, your order will take anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks, and in extreme instances 5 weeks. With these particular products, we cannot put in place our regular guarantee.
