Online Ordering

1. Choose your medications online using our convenient shopping cart. Simply click the ADD button to select the medications you would like to order. Once you've finished shopping, proceed to the check out by clicking the CHECKOUT button.
   
2. You will be taken to the checkout page. This is a secure SSL connection, so your personal information is safe, and cannot be viewed by any third parties.
   
3. Once you complete the checkout process, you will receive a receipt of your order. You will also need to print the patient release form, and sign it indicating that you accept .

4. Once this is complete, you will need to fax/mail a copy of your original prescription, along with the patient release form to:

Approval and Shipping

Aids Drugs Online will contact you within 2 business days to confirm all orders which are received by mail. Please allow up to 21 days for your medications to arrive after we confirm your order with you.

Occasionally, we may experience delays that are beyond our control. Click HERE to learn more about these delays, and how you can help to avoid some of them.

If your prescription allows refills, you can order these refills from us every 3 months. You will not need to fill out another order form, or release form to order a refill. Once your refills are exhausted, you will be required to submit a new prescription.

We do not ship, nor does our partner pharmacy, ship any controlled substances such as amphetamines, or narcotics. These could include products such as valium, codeine and morphine.

Under pharmaceutical law in Canada, prescription drugs are not returnable. Therefore, all sales are final.

Tracking An Order

When you place an order for AIDS drugs through us, we will provide you with a tracking number and the website which you can track your order through. This way there is never any doubts about the status of your order.

Orders to the United States typically are processed through the USPS, however, other carriers are sometimes used. Canadian orders typically are shipped via Purolator.
